Do I have to Sign Up?
You don’t need to sign up in order to start earning rewards. We do all the heavy lifting for you so you can sit back and watch the Moolah! flow in.
How do I earn Moolah Points?
You earn 1 point per $1 subtotal. Members score 2 points per $1 subtotal - that is a whopping 2x points just for being a member (which is totally free!)
What happens if I don't place an order for a long time?
You have 180 days to use any points you earn from the date of earning the points. Points unused after 180 days will be expired.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can save up?
No! You’re free to save up as many points as you wish! But keep in mind points unused for more than 6 months are subject to expiration.
Can I earn points on gift card purchases?
Not at this time. That said, gift cards spent on an order do not reduce the amount you earn. For example, if your order subtotal was $200 and you paid using a $50 gift card, you wouldn’t have 50 points deducted from your earnings on that order.
What happens if my order is reimbursed? Do I lose my points?
If your order is reimbursed for an order issue, you keep your points. That said, if you are sent a replacement order, you will not earn points for the replacement order.
Can I gift my points to another customer?
While we applaud you for wanting to share the wealth, reward points are non-transferrable.

A Moolah! Reward is what you can redeem your reward points for. We give you two ways to cash in. You have the option of redeeming for dollar discounts or a free item.

You can find your reward options by going to:Moolah! Rewards page. They are also listed in your account page. Reward items change periodically to ensure you have variety and we will let you know when they do!
How can I redeem points for a reward?
Once you've gained enough points, you can redeem them on the Moolah! Rewards page, or in checkout.
Can I get multiple rewards in a single order?
Rewards are limited to one per order but not to worry! You’ll earn your next one in no time!
Can I still use other discounts and promo codes?
Yes! Earning and redeeming Moolah! can stack with our other sweet discounts and promotional codes. Cha-ching!
