How to Cook Blackened & Smoked Butter Scallops

  1. To thaw, place sealed package in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. To cook in the oven, place scallops and butter on a greased baking dish, bake 8-10 minutes at 400°F. Spin baking dish halfway through for even cooking.
  3. To cook on the grill, start by melting butter in a small pan. Oil the grill and cook scallops over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes. Flip and continue grilling for another 3-5 minutes. Spoon melted butter over scallops.
  4. To cook on the stovetop, melt butter in pan over medium-low heat. Cook scallops for 2-4 minutes, occasionally brushing with butter. Flip and cook for another 2-4 minutes.
