How to Cook Halibut

How to Cook Halibut

Ingredients

  • Wild Alaskan Halibut
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Cook time
8 minutes

Instructions

  1. Season with salt and pepper & coat in olive oil.
  2. Heat up olive oil in a stainless steel pan to medium-high - until oil is shimmering.
  3. Place skin side down and cook about 4-6 minutes.
  4. Once the fillet edges start to get cooked, flip it over.
  5. Cook for about 2-4 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Remove and serve.
