How to BBQ Pulled Chuck Roast

When it comes to pulled beef, the Chuck Roast is the king of all roasts. Smoke for a few hours to get a good bark on it and then wrap it up in a tray with your favorite BBQ sauce for a nice nap in the smoker. Be prepared for the most tender pulled beef sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • Chuck Roast
  • Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper

Cook time
6 hours

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from Chuck Roast.
  2. Smoke at 225-250°F.
  3. Wrap at 160°F in a tray with your favorite BBQ sauce or beef stock, onions and carrots for added flavor.
  4. Cook until meat is at an internal temperature of 200°F.
  5. Remove, shred beef and enjoy!
