INSTRUCTIONS
-
Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Taco Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-
Set aside some ground beef to make “graves” on top of dip.
-
In a glass dish, begin layering in the following order:
- Ground beef
- Black beans
- Refried beans
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheese
- Cilantro -
Cut small rectangular pieces of puff pastry and shape them into tombstones. Can use slices of black olives to write “RIP” on puff pastry or whatever you can think of! Bake in oven at 425 degrees until they puff and just start to brown, usually 10 mins.
-
Stick tombstones in dip near your ground beef graves.
