Smoked Ora King Salmon
Try this awesome recipe to cook your Ora King Salmon Full Side Fillet on the smoker with just a few simple ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 whole Ora King Salmon Full Side Fillet
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or several slices of butter
- Prep time
- 10 minutes
- Cook time
- 2 hours and 40 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the Traeger smoker to 225°F.
- Mix together all of the spices and herbs.
- Rub the salmon with the spice mixture and lay the butter slices all over the meat.
- Place the salmon in the Traeger on "super smoke" and smoke for 2 hours.
- Raise the temperature to 400°F and cook for another 40 minutes.
- Remove from the Traeger, serve immediately and enjoy!
