Cooking Directions 1. Rinse and pat scallops dry 2. Season with salt 3. Heat pan up to medium-high heat 4. Add butter and avocado oil to the pan - melt until simmering 5. Add sea scallops to the pan - keep from touching 6. Cook for a minute and a half on each side until golden brown 7. Serve Immediately
