Olive Wagyu is the rarest beef in the world. It originates on Shodoshima, an island in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan where one farmer, Masaki Ishii, fed pressed olive peels to his cattle to produce a succulent beef with boosted levels of heart-healthy oleic acid and umami flavors.
