Back in July we became one of the first companies to directly source A5 wagyu beef from Japanese producers (not source it through an importer) and make it available for sale to the general public. Our customers love what we do for independent ranches all over the US, and they wanted us to give the same level of transparency and direct connection, but for the legendary, insanely marbled, legendary A5 Wagyu from Japan.

So we decided to get some more, and are making it available just in time for the holidays. If you missed our pre-sale in September, this will be your last chance to get some before the calendar turns to 2018. If you did manage to get some in our pre-sale, this is your chance to get more, or perhaps claim that cut that you missed out on.

Crowd Cow is committed to offering the best craft beef in the world. Everyday we sell beef from small independent producers, because you deserve to know where your beef comes from. We encourage people to "claim a share, rally your friends, tip the cow and become a steak holder." We take our commitment to our steak holders seriously and like to pass along perks and benefits where we can, so like previous A5 wagyu events, existing steak holders (those who have made a Crowd Cow purchase before 12:00pm PST 11/17/17) will get access to the event the day before it goes live to the general public (i.e., early access will begin sometime on 11/19/17).
